Return and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
Customers may return or exchange orders within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Upon receipt of the returned product and completion of a quality check, the product amount will be reimbursed as discount coupons, store credit, or refunded back to the payment source.
Refunds for shipping and COD charges are not applicable.
To self-return items, initiate a return request and, upon approval, securely package the items to prevent loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable local courier service for returns. Please share the shipping details at info@allmyt.com, ensuring to include your Order ID.
*Note: For replacement, please follow the return procedure for the product you wish to replace and then use the issued coupon code to place the order for the new product. Items replaced or exchanged are not eligible for further replacement or exchange.
For products without manufacturing defects or faults on our part, we are not obliged to cover return shipping costs. However, reverse pickups can be arranged for a fee of Rs.100 for T-Shirts and other products under 500 grams, and Rs.150 for Hoodies, in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or similar issues where we are not at fault.
Size exchanges are free of charge.
Only the purchased amount will be refunded back to the payment source.
For any manufacturing defects or quality issues, customers are required to share a photo/video of the received product for verification within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or return can only be processed after verification.
Sizes 2XL and above, Mobile covers, Posters, and Coffee mugs are not eligible for return/exchange as they are custom-made on demand. Pattern Tees and Bomber jackets are eligible for size exchanges only. Face masks and neck gaiters are not eligible for returns/refunds due to safety and hygiene considerations. Fabric colors may vary due to factors like device color tone and brightness. Returns based on this issue will not be accepted. International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Gift Card orders are automatically delivered to your email address and are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Under what conditions can a refund be requested? A refund or free replacement can be requested for any order within 7 days of its delivery date if the products are found to be defective or damaged.
Items that have already been replaced or exchanged are not eligible for return or refund.
All refunds will be issued as store coupon codes for future orders. Refunds back to the payment source are provided in cases of defects or loss in transit.

What is the refund process timeline? The refund process begins within 24-48 hours once we receive your returned product. The store coupon code, usable for new orders, will be issued within 24 hours of initiation.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do? We keep our customers updated via email once the refund process has been initiated.
If our last email to you stated that the refund process has begun, kindly wait for the process to complete.
